The test/calibration results recognized by BoA will be acknowledged across the world, enhancing technical ability, management, accuracy, and reliability of the laboratory.
Hoa Binh electrical laboratory is implementing activities based on BoA’s regulations to be recognized as VILAS. The implementation of PEC follows international standard ISO/IEC 17025 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories” refers to the system management requirements and technical requirements for the laboratories to apply. The requirements in the standards are built to apply to all fields of testing and calibration. The Office of Quality recognition adds additional materials to interpret for each field of calibration or testing as well as for testing, calibration techniques.
In particular, PEC is implementing the following information:
|3.3||Facilities & environmental factors|
