Realizing the trend of industrial development and the shift of international corporations to Vietnam, PEC actively invests in completing a 5.5 ha factory for lease in Tam Anh – Han Industrial Park. National, Chu Lai Open Economic Zone – Quang Nam.
With the orientation as an investor, developer and consulting service for the industrial real estate segment. Currently, PEC is developing 4 industrial clusters with a total area of 200 ha in the central provinces.
PEC sets a goal by 2025 to achieve 200,000 m2 of factories for lease and 400 ha of industrial clusters with multi-industries.
PEC advocates coordinating with high-tech agricultural companies and investment funds to maximize agricultural farms (livestock and crop production) with a total area of 20ha of factories.
