On September 2, 1945, a historic milestone was marked when President Ho Chi Minh solemnly read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Over the past 80 years (1945 – 2025), National Day has become an occasion for the entire nation to honor our proud traditions, nurture patriotism, and strengthen unity.
