Phuoc Huu – Dien Luc 1 Solar Power Plant has an installed capacity of 30MWp, located in Phuoc Huu Commune, Ninh Phuoc district, Ninh Thuan, invested by Phuoc Huu Electric Investment Joint Stock Company.

PEC is proud to be the leading consulting and training unit for the plant to achieve the operation certificate of the National Load Dispatch Center.
